Near the ancient, green waves and on top of the gold, shimmering sand, a venerable, old rock with as much history as the nation itself with the engravings of the pilgrim’s day of entering this blessed land lays in the middle of a square lined with a rusty, steel fence. The engravings read 1620. The year written on cold stone to mark the year that started the evolution of our country without borders. The beginning of the nation started with immigrants, and this legacy has been living on.
